While we eagerly await the full unveiling of the upcoming Galaxy S23 series, Samsung is working on several other devices that it may or may not announce before the end of the year. One such device is the Galaxy A14 with 5G, and we now have additional information regarding color options for Europe.
As you may have seen in a recently leaked image of the Galaxy A14, the device has a flat back panel with circular cutouts for each rear-facing camera. It also has a frame similar to the Galaxy S22 series, and we’ve seen similar design cues in leaked images of other upcoming Samsung smartphones, including the Galaxy A54.
Samsung reportedly plans to release the Galaxy A14 in at least two additional colors, at least in Europe, despite the device’s black appearance in the initial render. As expected, color availability varies by market.
Unveiling of Galaxy A14 5G color options for Europe
GalaxyClub has provided additional information regarding the color options for this upcoming low-cost Samsung device. There will reportedly be three color options for the Galaxy A14 5G in Europe: black (as depicted in the render), dark red, and light green.
It is unknown whether the same color options will be available for the LTE variant. Samsung appears to be developing both an LTE and 5G version of the Galaxy A14. The LTE model may utilize the MediaTek Diminutive 700 chipset, whereas the Galaxy A14 5G may utilize the Exynos 1330 SoC. Details are hazy, but we’ll keep you informed as they become clearer.
Samsung may introduce the Galaxy A14 for some markets before the end of the year, but the phone will likely launch in Europe in 2019. The Galaxy A13 5G was announced in December 2021, while the LTE variant debuted in March 2022, for reference. A similar release window may apply to the Galaxy A14 and A14 5G.
