Acer targets road warriors by providing portable devices with up to 15 hours of battery life.
The TravelMate X3410, the newest addition to Acer’s TravelMate lineup, is intended to pique your interest if you do a significant amount of work on the road. The X3410 comes in three configurations, with prices beginning at $900, that emphasize portability and long battery life.
Acer claims the X3410 series has a maximum battery life of 15 hours. With a thickness of 0.8 inches (20mm) and a weight of 3.5 pounds, the laptop should be easy to transport around town while sustaining a full workday on a single charge.
Depending on the model, the interior will feature an Intel Core i3-8130U, Core i5-8250U, or Core i7-8550U. This is supported by eight or sixteen gigabytes of RAM and 128 or 256 or 512 gigabytes of SSD storage. The 14-inch display in all three models has a resolution of 1080p and is equipped with Intel UHD Graphics 620.
Support for Windows Hello with an integrated fingerprint reader is also included.
The TravelMate X3410 is now available, with prices for the base model beginning at $900 (opens in a new tab). The other two models are priced at $1,000 and $1,300 for an Intel Core i5 or i7 processor and more RAM and storage space, respectively.
