The Modern 14 and 15 are stunning.
MSI has unveiled its massive laptop lineup, which includes the Modern 14 and 15, its latest skew of productivity laptops. The Modern 14 will be available in a lovely Beige Rose color, while the Modern 15 will be available in a stunning Star Blue color. MSI has, if anything, nailed the aesthetic of these productivity laptops.
Aside from the display and size differences, the 14-inch and 15.6-inch Modern models are nearly identical. Both displays are FHD IPS. Modern laptops will also feature modern 13th Gen Intel Core i7 processors, as well as the most recent Intel Iris Xe graphics. You won’t be able to play games on these laptops, but their productivity potential is undeniable. It is also possible to configure it with up to 16GB of DDR4-3200 RAM.
The Modern has an HDMI ([email protected]) port, USB Type-A 3.2, USB Type-C 3.2, an audio jack, a microSD slot, and two USB-A 2.0 ports. They are also MIL-STD-810G certified, which means they have been subjected to vibration, shock, low pressure, high pressure, high temperature, and low-temperature tests.
The keyboard has 1.5mm of travel and an automatic backlight that turns off after 10 seconds of inactivity. If the user touches the keyboard, it will turn back on, resulting in an environmentally friendly design. The Modern 14 weighs 3.08 pounds and measures 12.6 x 9.1 x 0.76 inches, while the Modern 15 measures 14.1 x 9.5 x 0.78 inches and weighs 3.74 pounds.
