The needs of your baby are doubtless in the foreground. When it cries, you are required, when it is tired, just fall into the eyes, when it is hungry, it needs food. It does not matter whether it is day or night, whether you are tired or have just planned something else.
The baby is still developing his senses, is learning the world outside the mother ‘s body, it only instinctively knows his needs. According to these, you must be directed. From the beginning, however, you can introduce a day-to-night rhythm: the day is more lively, your child gets active attention, but on the other hand, everything is quiet.

If you put it into bed in the evening, a darker and as quiet as the possible environment is useful.
