This compact powerhouse is propelled by a ninth-generation Intel Core i9 processor and NVIDIA Quadro graphics.
ASUS is getting a head start on next week’s Consumer Electronics Show (CES) by announcing a new compact workhorse PC for creators. The Mini PC ProArt PA90 is a workstation-class PC designed specifically for professionals working with graphics and video; despite its diminutive size, it packs a powerful punch.
The Mini PC ProArt PA90 won’t take up a great deal of space on your desk. It measures just under seven inches wide and about 14 inches tall. The PC can be outfitted with an Intel 9th Generation Core i9-9900K or i7-9700K processor and NVIDIA Quadro P4000 or P2000 graphics. This is supplemented by up to 64GB of DDR4 2666MHz or 2133MHz memory and storage support for up to two 512GB M.2 PCIe SSDs and one 1TB 2.5-inch hard drive.
Even when working with resource-intensive 2D and 3D applications, ASUS claims the Mini PC ProArt PA90 will be able to maintain a cool temperature thanks to liquid CPU cooling. When the temperature rises, the PC’s ventilation system extends the top cover for increased airflow.
Regarding when you will be able to acquire a Mini PC ProArt PA90 for yourself, nothing is certain. The PC will be available in “the coming months,” according to ASUS, with pricing for configurations to be announced at launch.
