Nerf Star Lord Quad Blaster Review

Hasbro’s latest Nerf fan article is the cool double blaster of Star-Lord from the Marvel film Guardians of the Galaxy. The special feature of this Nerf Gun is that it has a jumping mechanism that lifts the barrel cover very smoothly and elegantly and lets the 4 barrels come to light. In principle, he is a Jolt – triad in a new disguise.

The Nerf Star-Lord Quad Blaster is especially great for cosplay.

Nerf Star-Lord Quad Blaster Design and ergonomics

The Quad Nerf Gun of the StarLord comes therefore in the orange-brown design of the running covers (lower as upper cover) and dark gray coloring for the handle. Gold serves as a prominent feature in the running center.

Unique is the Nerf Star-Lord black elite darts, of which four pieces are included. Unfortunately, this also stops the compatibility with other Nerf guns. Neither does the Quad Blaster have a Tac Rail, nor can it be used as a prop for Cosplay and fans who would like to have the mighty weapon of their hero.

The weight of the blaster is nearly 600 grams comfortable, and it is very handy in hand. The greatest fun is the very satisfying bursting of the blaster cover – cool and smooth as we find.

Handling and performance of the Nerf Guardians of The Galaxy Blasters

The Nerf Guardians Blaster has two prints, one for the darts and one that lifts the barrel cover. The two runs are priced independently. Everyone at the rear has a loading lever which is let into the barrel (simply pull back the runner). The priming is pleasantly simple and fast, but somewhat cumbersome since two runs must be primed.

The trigger of the Star-Lord Quad Blaster serves both runs at once, so it is possible to shoot a dart or two darts, depending on whether one or both runs are sharp. The first dart of both races can be shot down without folding the barrel cover; the second can not. Once the cover is up, it must be manually pressed down.

The Star-Lord Blaster is a front loader and has no magazine, neither can be attached, which is of course very disadvantageous when it comes to the sausage. To the sausage, it is not too often with this Nerf Guardians Blaster, which for serious concerns really low performance does not allow. The range is about 5 to 6 meters (flat), which does not change noticeably when you angled the blaster because the ballistic course of the darts is very strongly pronounced.

This, in turn, is associated with the weak spring and the low flight speed of an average of 11.6 meters per second.
