How To Make Frozen Yogurt by yourself – Step by step explained

A light enjoyment in summer is refreshingly delicious! If you want to do without cumbersome and greasy ice creams just take the no less delicious alternative: FROZEN YOGHURT. Whether as an ice cream or simply a spoon – Frozen yogurt always tastes good. Even made Frozen yogurt naturally still tastes best and you know what’s in it for a healthy dessert! When it comes to preparing, there are no limits to creativity, because yogurt ice cream tastes with the most different fruits. Here is the recipe, which can be varied over the summer, again and again.

Ingredients for ten portions

(prepared as ice cream with stalk, these components result in size 20-30 ice cream)

  • 1000 g of natural yogurt
  • 250 g of cream
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 1/2 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Bowl of 1 lemon (untreated)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 500 g fresh strawberries or TK berries, depending on the season (other fruits are also possible – try!)

Preparing Frozen Yogurt-Ice Cream

  1. Stir the cream with the icing sugar and the one / 2pack vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl with the hand mixer.
  2. In the second bowl, mix the berries (fruit) with the bar blender, add lemon peel and lemon juice, then mix the two masses.
  3. In the meantime place a cloth over a sieve, then empty the yogurt, stir up, and place the sieve with the yogurt in a suitable bowl.For a while, put in the refrigerator to allow the yogurt to drip off.
  4. Then stir the yogurt loosely with the snow boss into the prepared mass.
  5. Fill the finished mass with a dough spatula into the ice machine or a container suitable for the freezer, and allow to freeze.
  6. The time to produce Frozen Yogurt is 1-1.5 hours, depending on the type of ice machine.In the fridge, the ice should be frozen for at least 5 hours – it is recommended to place the ice in the fridge overnight.
  7. For the ice on the stick, the mass is filled into the ice cube container, placed in the center a spoon, and put overnight in the freezer.

  • Ice cube containers are available in various forms. As the finished ice looks funny.
  • The preparation of this recipe is not difficult, with children very well done, and thanks to the excellent ice machines, the success is sure.
  • Frozen yogurt ice cream with fruit tastes not only for children but also for adults. If the lemon juice is replaced by alcohol, for example, rum or cherry, one can indeed meet the taste of many adults.
